That really depends on what providers have coverage in the area's where your planning on using your phone. Then you would look at that short list of local providers and see if they have any phones that you would like to use.

You should, at least you would have a "face" to which you could complain should you have further problems. Interesting note, tracfone contracts with different carriers in different regions of the USA, so if you moved to a different part of the state, or bought the phone in 1 town and live in another, then this might be the reason why your phone reception is not so good. I hate to say this, but have you tried to contact Tracfone to see if they can fix this bad reception problem, maybe they can send you a new phone to work with the contracted carrier in your area?

Either way, find out who the contracted carrier is, in your area, and then see if they have a local "company" retail office and see if they can give you a better answer as to why the signal sucks.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
