It seems that your CD player is not set to autoplay. Right click on your CD drive icon and select Properties. Go to the Autoplay tab and click on "Select an action to perform" and highlight the desired action in the list.

Alternately, insert the Kodak CD, open the drive icon, open the picture folder and double click on a picture directly. Whatever picture viewing application you have associated with the picture file will launch and display the picture.

Assuming you mean the CD doesn't start on its own... I'm not sure what you mean by "the pictures don't come up. " My first guess is that autoplay for your CDs (or other devices) is disabled. I'm also assuming you have XP.

Go to Start/My Computer. You'll see a list of different components, like your hard drive, CD drive, and documents. There should be a CD icon that probably says Kodak.

Click on it, and you should be able to access your files. Now, if you want to automatically view your pictures every time you put in a Kodak picture CD, instead of clicking like normal on the CD, right click on it and choose AutoPlay from the menu. In the dialog box that pops up, choose "Open folder to view files," check the "always do selected action" box, and click ok.

From then on out, it should load on its own and show you your pictures. If you have done all this and you still can't view your pictures, my guess is that the CD may not be finished correctly and your computer can't read it. Or, maybe there is something wrong with your CD drive.

Since I'm operating under a lot of assumptions here, if I haven't answered your question or you have more questions, just say so in the Discussion thread for this question, and I'll come back and see if I or other users can help.
