When is revenge justified on a personal level?

When you attack someone's family in a physical way and you went through all other avenues to try to rectify it. Police, court, ect.

If someone seriously harms you or a loved one then gets away with it , vengence is justified. I don't care if the courts let them go for some reason like not enough evidence or improper arrest, I will hunt them down and make them wish they had ended up in prison.

I'm a vengeful person. I realize a lot of people disagree with this sentiment, but there's a lot of bullies out there who want to see you fail. You need to fight back against such people.

Your talking about blood feuds. Hatfields and McCoys type feuds. Not enough information to even speculate at answering.

Except maybe - An eye for an eye! Or,"Turn a blind eye","benefit of the doubt"one up manship has never worked outProtect yourself is all.

I have to go by the bible being a Christian and "Vengeance is mine saith the Lord. " We only have to be chastised and who better to leave it to then a Father who loves you enough to give s own son to die for you?

In a civilised society, none. It is rare for systems to fail a person completely unless they are doing nothing for themselves.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
