When it comes to politicians raising money for their campaigns, wouldn't it be better for them to take that money?

The federal government spends over $4 billion a day. In the 2008 presidential election McCain and Obama raised about $1.1B which the government spends in about 6 hours. Figure in the state and local governments and it would be half that.

So, the answer, IMO, is no. It wouldn't make a dent and wouldn't help the electorate get a better picture of the candidates. Directmale 57 months ago.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
