Because they're simply uneducated, feel disrespect all the time by educated ones for knowing better than them. But educated people don't need to show the arrogance, because everyone already knew they are smarter than uneducated ones while uneducated have to show arrogance to be respected.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
