When Mouth and Peyton go on a date in One Tree Hill where does Mouth take Peyton?

In season 3 of One Tree Hill, when the cheerleading team does a game where they pick who they are gonna go out with for a date, Peyton chooses Mouth. Mouth tells her that his special date includes something special, and that something special was visiting his grandpa in a retirement home and they ended up going to visit as Mouth does every Friday.
