When should I consult a nutritionist?

You may want to consult a nutritionist at the U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) website, or a dietitian or other healthcare provider if you find that your eating habits have made you overweight or underweight, or you have illnesses such as hypertension, high cholesterol, heart disease, diabetes, or other diet-related conditions. Any of the latter conditions should motivate you even more to take control of what you put into your mouth. Use the nutrition guidelines provided by the U.S. Department of Agriculture's Food and Nutrition Information Center.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
