When was College Station founded and named?

College Station is located in East Central Texas and is home to the flagship campus of the Texas A&M University system. The city was originally built to accommodate the Texas Agriculture and Mechanical College in 1871. However, back then, there was no train service to the city.

The Houston and Texas Central Railway service built through the area in 1870, but they only expanded the route up to the city of Bryan. As such, a new train stop was built in College Station to let the students attending Texas Agriculture and Mechanical off in the city rather than in Bryan. This was known unofficially as the “college station”.

It was only in 1877 when the post office was opened that the city was known as College Station. It was officially incorporated as a town in 1838. I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
