My friends have been able to get married and have nice simple weddings." What does this have to do with anything? Are your friends you?
Are your financial situations exactly the same? Is what your friends spent on their respective weddings any of your business? Does the fact that your friends are spoiled change your situation in any way?
Time for you to refocus. Bridezilla or not, your priorities are seriously out of whack. Focus on your own situation and getting yourself (and your partner) into a more financially stable place.
You can whine about your friends' situations until the cows come home, but it's never going to fix your own. Save some money. Do some wedding research.
Figure out how to crunch the numbers and cut the fat. Most people who get married have to navigate being on a budget. You're not the first and you certainly won't be the last.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
