Where can I download google play app for my Android phone?

Unfotunatelly you cant cause your tablet doesn't have Google's system configuration that's why you don't have google play. I had the same problem and I was very dissapointed until I found the 1mobile market http://www.1mobile.com which you can download for free on your device and works like a charm with over 200.000 apps. From there you can download any app you want including Facebook and Instagram and also update them.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
