Like you, I also love JCPenny too (though I haven't personally shop at them) because I own pillowcases (bargains) from JCPenny and they're of high quality. Before, I was only wishing I could shop at them but now it's possible because of the helpful forwarding companies. I would surely shop at them when I have the money.

In addition to all of the sources that @annelisle provided, I would actually ask the store itself to sign up for offers. I know that Jcpenny is actually a store that mails out sales flyers and Jcpenny coupons from time to time. I used to receive these myself on a regular basis.

Of course, this was when I shopped their from time to time. I stopped using the coupons, so they stopped sending them. You might have to order something from the catalog or sign up for their credit card to get these.

However, I suspect there is another way to get on their mailing list. Ask a sales clerk or go to their website and sign up on their list.
