Where can I Find Winzip?
WinZip usually comes pre-installed on most new versions of Windows. If your computer doesn't have it, you can find the download on the WinZip homepage. You can find more information here: winzip.com/downwz.htm.

Note: Like WinZip, the ARJ, ARC, and PKXARC programs are not free software. As with all shareware, if you use these programs you should register them with the appropriate vendor. The ARC-E and LHA programs are free.

Briefly, if the file is a self-extracting archive you have to run it to extract the files. Then, select Configuration from the WinZip Options menu, and click the Program Locations tab.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
