Where do you think most chloroplasts in a leaf are found?

Palisade mesophyll... because that is where the energy from the sun is trapped, therefore the plant needs to have many chloroplasts in order to capture the light energy extra* the palisade cells are long and wide in order to increase the surface area of contact with the sun.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
