They're still around. At least the soaps and such are. I hate the unscented stuff, but it's all my boyfriend will use.
When it's my turn to do the shopping, it's always been pretty easy to find at the grocery store.
For me, the unscented stuff still has a scent. A very bleh, band-aid type scent.
I went into our corner shop the other day and asked for plain crisps, 'sorry sir,' the shopkeeper said, 'we don't stock them,' and sneered at me as if I were some sort of pervert.
Be careful where you shop for unscented lotions etc, lest you be accused of being a pervert for not being, 'bent out of shape by society's pliers. ' such an apt line from Bob Dylan from all those years ago, perhaps he was prophetic.
I too am very sensitive to scents and have to be careful which products I use in general otherwise because my skin won't tolerate a lot of products. For the most part I use Shaklee products (laundry detergent, hand wash, body wash, shampoo, dish soap, etc.) though some do have a light fragrance. I also shop for soaps, lotions, and scrubs on Etsy.
There aren't many Etsy people who have listings for unscented products, but just about any seller on there will do custom orders of completely unscented products.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
