From gosanangelo.com: Missing San Angelo boy found at school Child had spent night at a friend’s home SAN ANGELO, Texas — A report that a 10-year-old boy was missing spurred a hunt that involved authorities combing through neighborhoods and calling in a helicopter for air surveillance. The boy, Tomas Salazar, was found at Lamar Elementary School on Tuesday morning, according to a San Angelo Police Department news release. It appeared he stayed the night with a friend.
Authorities and family searched unsuccessfully for Tomas on Monday night when they believed he was missing. Police put out a missing child notice about 6:30 a.m. Tuesday.
He was found at school about an hour and a half later. The San Angelo Independent School District declined to comment. Police spokesman Lt.
