Where is the starter on a 1997 Ford Explorer?

Answer under hood, center, lower engine area, mounted on rear passenger side of engine is the starter & solenoid switch actually the solenoid switch is located under the hood on the drivers side, near the firewall, and the starter is located behind the frame next to the passenger side front wheel.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
