Wallpaper or paint or wood-paneling or any other Interior decoration product put up on the wall, needs a "dry" and "solid" surface. These products do not provide unconditional protection against moisture, dampness, or leakage walls. If dampness, moisture or leakage happens accidentally on a normally dry wall then incase of Wallpaper, it has a double advantage: Marshalls PVF Wallpaper is thickly PVC coated and hence it's resistance to moisture is relatively atleast 5 times more than that of the "Paint".
Hence it will stay unaffected for a longer duration than "Paint" provided the leakage is within the absorbable limit. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
