Which country will be the winner of the XIX Commonwealth Games 2010 Delhi?

Will there be an overall winner, I don't know. All athletes compete to win, no point in doing it otherwise, the Commonwealth Games is known as the friendly games. I think that it is probably the only big games tournament left where the emphasis is on the fun of competition rather than one country coming out on top.
