I hate that everything looks the same in RSS. Are there any feed readers that will let me apply CSS or even a HTML+CSS template for how the RSS feed is displayed? Asked by GiveUsBarrabas 59 months ago Similar questions: feed reader lets design hate RSS Computers > Internet.

Great article on the state of this issue at... itmanagement.earthweb.com/columns/execut... is getting there-Bloglines Anticipates More Style SupportBloglines senior developer Paul Querna told me at Gnomedex that styles are currently stripped out by his company's Web service, "but we've talked about ways to support more of this. " The biggest challenge is to read a publisher's CSS and leave in only those styles that cannot, say, download programs or write garbage all over the Windows Desktop. "No one's really done it yet," Querna explained."We've been kind of waiting for an easy way to do a CSS processor.
"Since every online RSS aggregator is, by definition, running within one browser or another, it's not difficult to simply allow that browser to render any styles that are found. RSS readers such as Bloglines, however, must write routines that accept safe styles within CSS Level 1 while excluding dangerous styles. One promising development for RSS feeds is that Bloglines now supports Macromedia Flash, which NewsGator Online currently does not.
Bloglines has supported Flash videos for a few months, but gained Flash audio support only within the last week, according to senior product manager Robyn DeuPree. (The company hasn't yet announced this -- you read it here first.) Although Flash files can theoretically harbor suspicious code, Bloglines makes Flash safe by restricting it from running any script commands. Flash files, therefore, can only display video content or play an audio track.
Bloglines has made strides since this article was published July of last year. See-http://www.bloglines.com/help/blogrollcssBlogroll CustomizationUsing CSS, you can customize the appearance of your blogroll. The blogroll has two tags, which let you change the appearance of folder titles and subscriptions.
The entire blogroll is enclosed with a tag that has a class='blogrollmain' attribute. In addition, folders have tags with a class='blogrollfolder' attribute. By customizing the layout using these tags, you can tailor the look of your blogroll to match your website. We are looking for examples of how people are customizing their Bloglines blogrolls.
If you have a good example, please share it with us, and we will post it here for others to use. Thanks for your question! Sources: http://itmanagement.earthweb.com/columns/executive_tech/article.php/3617901 .
1 RSS Bandit supports the same template format as FeedDemon. So, hooray: I assume FeedDemon can render RSS according to a template.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
