Which hunger game book has the most romance between Katniss and Peeta?

If you're looking for the type of romance that has lovey-dovey scenes in them, or if you're looking for the type of novel that circulates around the love or emotions shared between two individuals, then The Hunger Games may not be the best for you. Love or romance isn't very in depth in the Trilogy, but they do... just a little bit. It's more about battles or conflict.

More about making decisions and being rebellious. Going against the things that are wrong and doing your best to break free. There's not much about romance or love to write home about.
