Which is a polar molecule?

A) PCl3 The P would have one lone electron pair which would repel the Cl's and create a dipole.

OOPS YEAH IM WRONG! Take her answer ^^^^^^^^ CO2 is LINEAR! You realize you can put all your questions into one big question...just sayin CO2 is polar The rest have symmetrical shapes around a central atom CO2 will ahve kinda a bent shape where the electronegative dipoles will not cancel out.

If I'm not mistaken PCl3 is the only polar molecule there, but check PCl5 as well. CO2 is nonpolar due to its linear symmetry, SF6 is nonpolar due to the 6 dipole moments cancelling each other out completely, and BF3 is planar and symmetrical, and thus nonpolar as well.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
