Which is more likely? Global warming or global freezing?

Nope. I see that Monckton has again modified the start-date of his little graph with which he fools his followers. The title chosen for his article is also highly misleading ("The Pause lengthens yet again") as it suggests the alleged pause he talks about is a continuation when in fact it is the result of a fabrication.

He's done that at least 10 times over the past few years with Start Dates ranging from August 1996 to (now) January 1997. Below is the graph had he used the same start date as last month (December 1996). The blue circle I added indicates a clear positive step in the trend-line showing warming.

Had Monckton used August 1996 as the start date, the positive trend would have been much more pronounced.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
