Argh.. you closed you previous question before I could respond. I've re-posted it below. Neither of the two computers you linked can play Starcraft 2 as-is.
The Advent has much greater potential because it has a far more powerful Core i3 processor. But it doesn't come with a real graphics card, just integrated Intel HD graphics. That's not enough to play games, you need a standalone graphics card.
The built-in graphics on the HP Pavilion are better, enough to play on low settings. But the E-series processor is snail-slow, just terrible for games which tax the CPU like Starcraft 2. If you installed a better graphics card (LIke a Radeon HD 6570 or 6670) into the Advent you'd have a nice system for playing SC2.
But that overruns your budget. Here's the absolute MINIMUM card you'd want to install: http://www.ebuyer.com/322130-sapphire-hd... Anyway, I suggested a combo in my original message which fits your budget, see below. ---- In that price range, you'll probably be looking at a used computer.
Finding anything new for that price is a long shot, although you can check Ebuyer. For Starcraft 2 you'll want an Intel processor, not AMD. Starcraft 2 is extremely CPU-intensive, one of of the most CPU-dependent games on the market.
Unfortunately that means AMD's low cost processors simply aren't capable of delivering decent fps. Unlike first-person shooters, your fps in strategy titles depend more upon your CPU. http://www.pcgameshardware.com/aid,76658... http://www.xbitlabs.com/articles/cpu/dis... For a GPU I recommend a Radeon HD 7750.
That could play SC2 nicely on high settings, although you could play fine on medium settings with something cheaper like a Radeon HD 6670 or 6570.
I suggest the second one because I could be wrong here the process for the first one is 1 mb while for the second one it is 3 mb that is the only major difference I can see they both have 4 gb which is enough to run Starcraft 2. You may want to do a little research for the graphics cards but if I was in your place I would chose the second one.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
