Who are the villains in spiderman 4?

It's too early. They haven't even setled on who will be Spider-man/Peter Parker yet. I think thy would have to go with Green Goblin again, or maybe Scorpion.

Who can tell since they're rebooting the series. They may go towards the ultimate universe Spidey.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
