I'm not a fan or Either but i'll Choose Beyonce.

Beyonce by far, the girl is fierce! She can dance,sing(LIVE both at the same time) and can act. She also knows how to put on a great performance,which lady gaga can too but beyonce has been in the business longer and has the stronger voice.

Rihanna to me lacks stage presence and isn't all that good vocal wise live.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
