Why are Socialist Canadians so much richer than Capitalist Americans (link)?

Multiple fallacies, and it doesn't matter WHO is blowing the spurious smoke. 1. Distribution of wealth is not a socialist concept, that is a filthy lie.

It's been going on since the first tribal potentate built or defined a temple or residence and paid for it out of tax revenue. This precedes recorded history by many THOUSANDS of years. Read some books.

2. Sweden is more societally friendly than the U.S., and there may be socialism involved in many of their programs, but Sweden is not a true, pure socialist state, albeit much closer than the United States. 3.

Higher taxes for the rich amounts to going back to 1990's rates or before, which will STILL be far below any other industrialized nation on the planet. This is a long way from the rates in our most prosperous years, the 50's and 60's, and not even close to Swedish rates. 4.

I don't follow links or weird interpretations of disinformation, unless they're widely recognized. Fox, other slimy propaganda sources, don't interest me except in terms of defining what a particular crackpot is discussing, and from which insane point of view. I will hasten to add, Sweden is far freer than we are in every meaningful way, but that doesn't mean we can or should adopt their policies, and NO ONE has proposed that we do.

I don't know who the 90% are, but I know none of them. I like freedom and the entrepreneurial spirit. I hate socialism and the progressive immoral destructive policies of the left.

Sweden has some nice blond women and nice mountain views. Personally I doubt your 90% figure. I can't believe that many Americans have lost their free will and be so willing to sell their soul to big brother..

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
