Why can black people call each other the "n" word but white people cannot refer to the "n" word?

Looks like a case where people are taking things too literally. When politics are used to enforce respect in society, it seems to touch on our civil liberties but this is not the true intention. A good honest person knows the difference, and can argue said difference to any authority as required, but others don't understand and this leaves them confused.

They will then try to rationalise matters and put their own slant on the matter. I think the best solution is to have intelligent friends because you can be yourself with them.

White people are raised to feel guilty about something some other white people did a hundred and fifty years ago.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
