Why can some trees be harvested while others can't?

Trees in Farmville make your farm beautiful and they add color and life to your farm. Each kind of tree needs days in order for their fruits to mature and be ready for harvest. You will know when they are almost ready to harvest or how long you will have to wait when you put the cursor on each tree.

Any tree also that's ready to harvest has that pink stuff over it I don’t know how to call it. Actually, you don't need to fertilize your trees, you just have to plant them and leave them on your farm or arrange them as you like then when they have reached to maturity you can harvest them and you will be able to make money out of them. I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
