Because it was east side against westside tupac and biggie were east side and dr dre and everyone were west side and they just couldn't stand the competition obviously dr dre had nothing to do with it only big must of known who actually shot him.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
