Why did Obama invoke, "if they bring a knife, we'll bring a gun" against opponents here but not against Iran?

I guess you didn't get the memo about how GOPers will twist anything to SUIT themselves lol. They don't make bigger hypocrites. Obama meant it exactly how you posted it, and trust, many Philly fans did not like his reference to the "Eagles Fans" as that line is so overused and tired.

There are rowdy fans everywhere that do stupid stuff. YET, no one there tried to kill him for making that lame Eagles fan joke now did they? Palin on the other hand is very militant, and she's proud of it.

If her crosshairs on her site didn't have a violent nature to them, ... why did she rush to take them down right after news of the massacre?! Why didn't she let them stay up then? She could have went on lying and saying "they have nothing to do with violence".

Politicians on both sides have staff that find a statement and take it out of context to suit how they can gain ground. I wish democrats and republicans would both grow up and do what is right for the country.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
