Why did Rizal turn his back when he will be shoot?

As far as I know, he turned towards the firing squad so that he will be shot in the front instead of in the back which was customary for firing squads at that time and place. The reason that was widely given was that so he can face his death, die fighting and defiant to the end and die a Filipino patriot, rather than be shot in the back and die like a coward or a traitor.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
