This conservative did exactly what your question posed - voted for Obama in 2008 because I was anti Bush (mostly the wars, which Obama has done exactly the same as Bush!) I have learned my lesson and will vote Republican no matter who they nominate.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
