Why do biracial people (half white & half black) look more black than white?

The retardation that functions your brain never ceases to amaze me. Somalis have non-African DNA? I'm sorry but that makes Absolutely no sense at all.

They are a "Cushite" people "Cushite" is indegnious African..they are carriers of some of the most ancient lineages known to man and "Cushite" is very much AFRICAN, they are just not always related to other Africans however it does not make them no less African than anyone else.To say they have "non-african DNA" Has to be the most dumbest thing I have ever read. Like Ethiopians, they cluster with other Africans before they cluster with anyone else. Keep up old man.

When it comes to genes.. "dominant" and "recessive" doesn't really have the same meaning you would use casually. Black genes are "dominant" in that both parents don't need to have a gene in order for a trait to be seen in a child. White genes are "recessive" in that both parents MUST have the gene in order for a trait to be seen in a child.

Those recessive genes still get passed along to a child even if you don't obvously see it active in the child. If parents are just white and just black...the child will always be much darker than the white parent up to being as dark as the black parent...but again, the recessive white genes will still be passed along. And it takes a very, very long time before that gene becomes negligible.

So if a "black" parent picked up that recessive gene somewhere from an ancestor and its still active... that THAT white recessive gene is what is pairing up with white recessive gene from the white parent and you can get a much much lighter child compared to the black parent.... even entirely white. The only time its confusing is when you are dealing with mixes... 2 white people for example will only ever produce white children without fail or exception. When it comes to mixing...that "dominant" gene only really applies to the first child...the generations after you never quite know what youll get.

And somalis do indeed have non-african dna. So there is likely some mixing somewhere down the line from your father. So if you marry a full black woman... your kid could look full black, but he/she will still have inherited the recessive gene from you...then they would be like your dad, looking black but having those recessive genes lurking lol.

Those genes can eventually die off...but again, takes a long time and many generations staying "within" black pairings.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
