Why do employers state that they will call you after interviews if you have or havent got the job but don't?

It really proves they aren't worth working for , and people are just to be used as far as they are concerned .

If they say "We will call you and let you know" You did not get the job. If they say "When can you start" The job is yours Just answer with a reply "Today" "We will call you and let you know" Is just a way of getting you out of there interview room and that the you are not what they are looking for.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
