Why do hunters use a hakapik and what animal do they hunt with it?

A long time ago Norwegians made a heavy duty multipurpose hunting instrument called a hakapik. The hakapik, with a medium length handle, has a hammer on its end and a large curved hook on the other side. The hammer side is used to kill seals; the hook is used to drag the seal's body.

Many animal rescue groups decry this barbaric practice which is still done every year in some countries.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
