My guess is a blocked vent stack All plumbing fixtures need to be vented to the outside (on your roof or maybe your attic). If you don't actually have water backups, you might have a blockage or restriction in your vent piping and the air trying to escape the system is causing the burbling you hear. If you can get to your vent, you might get lucky and see something obvious (like a bird's nest) that you can take care of.

You might try using a plumber's snake to rout out the line.

You very well may have some blockage in the main drain pipe. I would highly recommend you have this checked out pretty quickly. If it continues, the "bubbling noise" may become a bubbling ooze ... of sewage!

I personally know of at least three people to whom this has happened, two of which did not believe this to be the problem until they had to clean up the mess. May I add... YUCK! Hope this helps.

All of the drains in the house are connected (obviously), but they may also share ventilation piping. Drains vent to the outside to allow the dirty water to flow more quickly. Normally, sinks and tubs have separate ventilation, or separated but linked ventilation, from toilets.

Older homes (or newer, depending on the area and the building codes) may have these tied together so closely that what affects one can be heard near the others. When water enters the drain, air must follow after it, or it will not flow. Initially, this air comes from the bathroom, but after it reaches the ventilation T in the pipes, the air that follows the water comes from the outside.

The bubbling noise is the air already in the pipes getting out of the way of the flushed water. If the sink and tub share the same ventilation, that bubbling may “echo” back through those drains. I hope this helps.
