Why do people call African Americans "African American" but European Americans "whites"?

Then apparently it's "Racist".. gotta love double standards.. Kind of like 'White History Month"..oh wait.. that would be racist too..(Sarcasm).

What about in 2004 when President Bush created “African-Americans for Bush?” Did you have an issue in 2000 with “Arab Americans for Bush/Cheney,” or “Women for Dole” in 1996? What about “Asian Americans for Bush/Quayle” in 1992?

And “Hispanics for Bush” in 1988? How come no issue then, but now you have a double standard and act all offended?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
