Why do people try to discredit the tea party with claims of racism. im a black male tea partier an don't get it?

I don't deal in absolutes, so no. -I will say that if your motive is racism for attending a Tea party then you are wasting your time. There are much better organizations and groups for that kind of thing.

I don't know how many times this has to be said- Obama is half white so saying ALL Conservatives are racist because they didn't vote for him is silly. I suppose there may be some who are racist but then again, I know some Democrats who are close mouthed racists! And yeah, what about the NAACP?

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
