Why do people want to reach the summit of Mount Everest?

As Mount Everest in the highest peak in the world, the people who want to reach the summit might have a thinking that they want to prove themselves of their adventurous spirit or they want to break a record, e.g. First in the world, first in their country...to get fame. There are many reasons I cannot list all of them so use your logical thinking to figure them out! Because it's there!

That's what British climber George Mallory said in 1924 when he was asked why he wanted to climb Mount Everest. Mallory and his partner disappeared in the attempt.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
