Why do Republicans lie about Senator Obama's foreign policy experience?

I actually don't think foreign policy is a big factor in Romney's VP decision. The reason is that Obama has been so incredibly strong in foreign policy (i.e. Bin Laden, getting out of Iraq, decimating al Qaeda's leadership, setting a timetable to get out of Afghanistan) that Romney knows he can't really touch Obama there.

He wants a VP that will be economy and jobs oriented rather than foreign policy oriented, because if foreign policy is the focus, Obama wins. Big time.

OR his Private sector experience, or his transparency or his blah blah blah. Is it because you are admitting what a monumental mistake it was to NOT pay attention to those things in YOUR GUY? Because it is Not too late, You know You wll tell me that Joe Biden brought the Foreign policy expertise?

Well, it is MY understanding that Joe Biden was the ONE person saying "DON'T PULL THE TRIGGER" on Osama Bin Laden! Sorry, I meant Trigga! My bad!

Edit: OK, Fair enough. What's the most pressing issue facing this country? I'll give you a hint, it is NOT any of the things Obama or any of his surrogates or minions such as yourself are addressing, and for good reason, NONE of you want to Broach the subject, because then you'd have to re-live YOUR guy's abysmal record.

AND ". I don't consider getting permission to buy a foreign company (while at Bain) as "foreign policy experience"." You DON'T?

You don't think knowing the language of international BUSINESS is "foreign policy expertise" Well, I'm gonna ask you this, what do you think is The Most Pressing Issue for THEM? It is the SAME ONE! It is amazing how many of the worlds OTHER Ills will go away if you fix the economy first.

Obama has LOTS of foreign experience. Heck, he began his Life in a foreign country! But seriously!

Member of Subcommittees? He was only a senator for 144 days when he decided he wanted to be President!. In most jobs, it takes that long to learn where all the bathrooms are!.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
