Why do salaried people not care about working on 'Leap Day' every 4 years without any additional pay?

Employees that are salaried exempt can work 100 a weeks with no extra compensation, and there many in the US that do. How is extra pay going to help him get his work done? Those are not scare tactics they are warnings, they told flat out do the job or we will get someone else, that is not a scare tactic.

I see alot of people say document everything well let let you in on a little secret, documentation is usleless because there is nothing that prevents him from "documenting" everything the day before he would use it and any documentation is just his opinion as it has no basis in fact. Pretty much he does what they want or they let him go, would he collect? Depends on what they let him go for.

Salary = lump sum for your work. That often requires more than the scheduled hours. It's the way life works.

If he can't do the jo they are asking, they fire him. , It's not about the hours.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
