Theyre really for if your wearing something tight eg leggings so you don't see the 'knicker line' that briefs or boxers give you.

I wear them for a few reasons. Firstly, they are more comfortable than wearing bulky panties. Secondly, there are no see through lines, And lastly, they are sexier and turn guys on more.
