Why does Carson Palmer make the Raiders a better team?

Probably not, unless they can get someone like the Cardinals to bite. But Palmer has been a hell of a lot better than "average at best". He was one of the league leaders in passing this past season.

Had Oakland any type of running game to compliment him, his TD to INT ratio likely would have been better. But he is getting paid too much, but let's not start putting him into the Michael Vick category of being vastly overpaid without the production to match. Chances are that Palmer restructures his contract as I don't think McKenzie wants to go into a full blown rebuilding stage which would happen if they make the attempt at pushing Pryor to starter when he's clearly not ready.

Oakland has a lot of holes that need to be filled, but replacing Palmer with Pryor would set them back at least 2 years if not more.

Matt Flynn has a $13 million contract (specifically $26 million for 2 years) and he's just a back up. But Oakland is a smaller team. Tey might not trade him, but they will Definintley be testing other QBs for starting job.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
