Why does Jeff Lynne of Electric Light Orchestra fame always wear those dark glasses on stage?

He started wearing them on a regular basis in after 1978. He was/is extremely shy and it gave him a little feeling of privacy while onstage and in public Jeff Lynne actually didn't wear the sunglasses in the early days. He wears them to cover up his aging, slightly sunken eyes, something he may find depressing when he looks in the mirror and may not want everyone to Lynne appreciates cannabis.

S eyes tend to reflect this fact even when he hasn't consumed cannabis for days. He wears the gradiated lenses as both a means of masking his usage and as a personal trademark.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
