The Phase One at only about $35,000 is the best one. However, not if you're doing sports, then it's the Canon 1Dx at only about $5,600, unless you prefer Nikon then it's the D4s also around $6,000, unless you need something lite and inconspicuous, then it's the Leica M (type 240) at about $7,000. Unless you need something that fits into your pocket, then it's the Sony RX100.
Unless you need to shoot 4k video too, then it's the A7RII. Unless you also need to shoot video in very low light, then it's the Sony A7S II. Yeah, that's the best one.
Your question is one that most novices ask all the time. We've all asked this question at one time or another. It's not until you understand that there's no silver bullet answer to your question.
There's no "one" best because no one camera can be do all types of photography. With that in mind, professionals like photojournalists, wildlife and sports photographers all exclusively use DSLRs for their work. Why?
Because as a camera, the DSLR is the most versatile. It has the ability to consistently make great shots in a larger variety of shooting situations, quicker and relatively easier than any other type of camera. In addition to the versatility, DSLRs have enormous lens and accessory options allowing the user to overcome technical hurdles when attempting to make a photograph.
DSLRs are like the Swiss Army knife of the camera world. Sure, it can do a lot, but there are still things that other types of cameras do better. Just like the Swiss Army knife with it's tiny saw, it's okay for small twigs, but wouldn't want to use to cut down a tree.
You could, but you wouldn't. All of this is why every brand makes several models of DSLR. Each one higher up in the product line as more capabilities, more control, and operates faster than the previous model.
Which one is "best" for you depends upon what you want/need to do.
You haven't said what you want to use it for. Depending on what you want to do with the camera and your budget, there will be different cameras that best meet those requirements. If you want good help here, you have to provide some information other than the fact that you simply want a camera.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
