Why does my Dell Inspiron One All-In-One PC keep turning on by itself after I shut it down?

The only item I would change is after you install 8.1 do the free upgrade to windows 10 If you want to do the Windows 10 Upgrade you may be able to purchase Windows 7 cheaper than 8.1 Windows 10 is still expensive if you purchase it.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
