My concern is that if you're having this much difficulty dealing with mouthing behaviour, just what else will you have difficulty over?. Consider enrolling in an obedience class and stick with it. You'll enjoy it, your pup will enjoy it, and then when that pup matures you then take up some form of sport or activity that you can commit yourself to getting your dog into and keeping your dog in.
Mals (as many others have stated) are a very high energy and demanding WORKING breed that aren't suited to being just your average pet (in fact a very close friend of mine who owns both a German Shepherd and a Sibe/GSD mix has told me she'd never attempt to own a Malinois due to how intense they really can be - especially when you get a really good one). So as others have mentioned you either step up to the plate and make yourself the right owner for this breed (which means putting yourself and your pup in the hands of a professional trainer), hand it back to his breeder or you surrender him into a Malinois/Belgian Shepherd/Belgian Sheepdog Rescue. I've got plenty to say about Cesar Milan, but I'll not enter into that subject for today.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
