Why does my friend either act like the big brother from hell one day, or like he likes me the next?

From experience, the best thing to do is to stop trying. She is probably moving on while you're sitting around wondering if she's missing you and you're going to be the only one hurting. Move on, if things were meant to be she'll realize on her own that she misses you.

She'll either miss you or not. Can't make somebody miss you if they don't.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
