Why does my I phone 6plus continue to scan for wifi once it is connected to a wifi source?

That depends on what is providing the wifi. If it is a router, I can't tell you without knowing the router and model number. Then you'd have to find its ip address (the default gateway on your PC) and navigate to that.

Then there's probably a password. If you don't know the password you'd have to press the factory reset button on the router which would also clear the settings that are needed for it to work, so you'd have to set those up again.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
