Why does the CIA have operatives in Syria inciting people to rise against Assad, but not in Cuba inciting people to rise against Castro?

Only union loving democrat people oppose private prisons. See the correctional officers unions are very powerful, and they only want government union prisons because they control the congressional democrats that control the prison system. Non-union private sector prisons are safe, clean, efficient, and much less expensive to operate, but they do not make millions in political contributions to the democrats like government union prisons do.

Privatize all prisons ASAP.
